250 g | fresh leaf spinach |
150 g | tofu |
2 | cloves of garlic |
2 EL | sesame seeds |
1 EL | sesame seed oil |
1 TL | soy sauce |
1 EL | coconut flower sugar |
1 EL | rice wine |
1 EL | Chinese Five Spices coconut spice oil |
1 TL | salt |
juice of half a lemon |
Zubereitung
Clean and wash spinach, chop roughly. Cover bottom of a pot with 1 cm water, bring to a boil, add salt and leaf spinach. Cover with a lid and cook until the spinach cooks down, drain in a sieve, rinse with cold water and allow to drip. Place in small bowls. Cut tofu into small dice of 1 x 1 cm. Peel and finely mince the garlic. Slightly toast sesame seeds in a wok without fat and put on the side.
Heat Chinese Five Spices coconut spice oil in the wok and sauté the garlic and tofu until golden brown. Mix soy sauce, sesame seed oil and rice wine in a bowl. Add the mix to the wok and cook. Stir in roasted sesame seeds and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Scatter over the spinach and serve.
