| 3 EL | honey |
| 3 EL | apple vinegar |
| 2 EL | coarse mustard |
| 3 EL | mustard oil |
| ½ TL | sea salt |
| 1 Prise | pepper |
Zubereitung
Mix honey with apple vinegar, mustard and sea salt. Slowly stir in the oil. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad right before serving.
