Zutaten

600 mlange juice
120 ghoney
120 mlwhite wine vinegar
1 Prisesalt
zest of one or ange
2 TLmustard spice oil
1 Prisepepper

Zubereitung
Boil down organge juice in a pot to 300 ml at low temperature. Add honey, white wine vinegar, salt and the zest of one orange. Bring to the boil. Remove the pot from the stove and stir in mustard spice oil. Season with pepper. Pour the mix in glasses and allow to cool.

This fruity mustard combination is perfect for grilled meat or fish or as topping for cheese delicacies.
