600 ml | ange juice |
120 g | honey |
120 ml | white wine vinegar |
1 Prise | salt |
zest of one or ange | |
2 TL | mustard spice oil |
1 Prise | pepper |
Zubereitung
Boil down organge juice in a pot to 300 ml at low temperature. Add honey, white wine vinegar, salt and the zest of one orange. Bring to the boil. Remove the pot from the stove and stir in mustard spice oil. Season with pepper. Pour the mix in glasses and allow to cool.
