Zutaten
1000 g | peaches |
3 | onions |
3 | cloves of garlic |
150 g | raw cane sugar or coconut flower sugar |
100 ml | Condimento bianco |
1 EL | h or seradish spice oil |
salt and pepper |
Zubereitung
Blanch peaches by plunging in boiling water and remove skins and kernels. Chop peaches, finely mince onions and garlic. Place in a pot with Condimento Bianco vinegar and raw cane sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer over low heat for around 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and horseradish spice oil. Pour in clean jars and allow to cool. Store in the fridge.
