1 TL | salt |
1 Päckchen | dry yeast |
1 TL | sugar |
375 ml | lukewarm water |
2 EL | argan oil |
1 TL | sesame seeds |
1 TL | black cumin seeds |
Zubereitung
Mix flour and salt. Stir yeast, sugar and 125 ml water until the yeast dissolves. Let rest in a warm place for 10 to 25 minutes. Stir in the remaining water. Slowly add the yeast mix and argan oil to the flour and knead into a dough. If it is too dry, add some water. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest in a warm place for another 1.5 hours until the dough volume has doubled. Flour a worktop and gently knead the dough. Portion the dough into two balls and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes. Thinly roll out the dough, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin seeds. Bake at 220 °C top / bottom heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
