| 250 g | raspberries |
| 3 EL | raspberry vinegar |
| 2 EL | honey |
| 4 EL | raw cane sugar |
| 4 EL | tomato paste |
| 150 ml | tomato ketchup |
| salt and pepper |
Preparation
Briefly boil up raspberries, vinegar and sugar in a pot. Add tomato paste and ketchup and simmer over low heat for a few moments. Season with honey, salt and pepper.
