250 g | raspberries |
3 EL | raspberry vinegar |
2 EL | honey |
4 EL | raw cane sugar |
4 EL | tomato paste |
150 ml | tomato ketchup |
salt and pepper |
Zubereitung
Briefly boil up raspberries, vinegar and sugar in a pot. Add tomato paste and ketchup and simmer over low heat for a few moments. Season with honey, salt and pepper.
