1 Päckchen | vanilla sugar |
2 TL | rosehip powder |
100 ml | yogurt |
1 TL | chia seeds |
2 TL | omega DHA oil flaxseed + chia |
50 ml | water |
fresh mint |
Zubereitung
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve in glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
