300 g | asparagus |
300 g | fresh strawberries |
2 EL | coconut oil |
2 EL | vanilla almond spice oil |
2 TL | raw cane sugar or coconut flower sugar |
fresh mint |
Zubereitung
Peel and blanch asparagus. Place in cold water to cool and cut diagonally. Wash strawberries, remove stalks and cut into quarters. Sauté asparagus in 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Add cane sugar. Briefly stir fry the strawberries in the pan and make sure that they do not become squashy. Remove from the stove and drizzle with vanilla almond spice oil. Garnish with fresh mint.

Tip: For an extraordinary dessert with a hint of spiciness, add a few drops of our chili spice oil.
