125 g | couscous |
100 g | stalk celery |
400 g | buffalo mozzarella |
1 Prise | raw cane sugar |
Herbes de Provence spice oil | |

Zubereitung
Wash tomatoes, remove seeds and scoop out the pulp. Pour boiling water over the couscous according to package description and allow to swell. Wash stalk celery, remove strings if necessary and chop. Mix couscous, celery, sugar, salt, pepper and one tablespoon Herbes de Provence spice oil and stuff the tomatoes. Cut buffalo mozzarella into slices and cover each tomato with one slice. Bake in the oven at 160 °C for 12 to 15 minutes. Drizzle with Herbes de Provence spice oil and garnish with finely chopped chives.
Hinweise
Tip: For a spicy aroma, drizzle with chili spice oil.
