Zutaten
4 | sweet potatoes |
2 TL | coconut oil |
30 g | goat cream cheese |
1 | fresh fig |
3 EL | yogurt |
40 g | fresh fruits |
fresh herbs | |
1 Prise | salt and pepper |
10 g | chocolate rasps |
Zubereitung
Preheat oven to 200 °C top / bottom heat. Wash sweet potatoes, dry with a kitchen towel and cut lengthwise into 1 cm thin slices. Brush both sides with coconut oil and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake for around 15 to 20 minutes. Use a fork to check if the sweet potatoes are tender. Allow to cool on a grid and top according to taste.
