Tandoori omelet with spinach Ingredients for 2 people

4 eggs
2 spring onions
1 ELcooking and frying oil
50 gleaf spinach
30 mlmilk
1 TLTando or i spice oil
60 gherders cheese
salt and pepper

Preparation
Beat the eggs with milk, Tandoori spice oil, salt and pepper. Crumble the herders cheese and put it on the side. Wash the spring onions, chop in fine rings and steam in a pan with our cooking and frying oil. Add the washed spinach and fry for a few moments until the leaves turn dark. Pour the egg mass over the spinach and let it set. Add herders cheese before the mass is entirely thickened and allow to melt for 1 to 2 minutes.

Hinweise
Tandoori is an Indian spice mix of cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic and chili. Our Tandoori spice oil with virgin sesame seed oil carries a mild garlic aroma and has a a bright, turmeric yellow colour.
