Tandoori omelet with spinach Recipe

| 1 EL | cooking and frying oil |
| 50 g | leaf spinach |
| 30 ml | milk |
| 1 TL | Tando or i spice oil |
| 60 g | herders cheese |
| salt and pepper |
Preparation
Beat the eggs with milk, Tandoori spice oil, salt and pepper. Crumble the herders cheese and put it on the side. Wash the spring onions, chop in fine rings and steam in a pan with our cooking and frying oil. Add the washed spinach and fry for a few moments until the leaves turn dark. Pour the egg mass over the spinach and let it set. Add herders cheese before the mass is entirely thickened and allow to melt for 1 to 2 minutes.
