Preparation
For the dressing, finely chop the onions and mix with olive oil, Herbes de Provence spice oil, basil spice oil, tomato vinegar, Aceto Balsamico, salt, pepper and chopped herbs like basil and parsley.\r\n\r\nWash tomatoes, cut into very thin slices and drape on a flat plate. Pour over with the dressing. Cut olives into fine slices and scatter over the tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
