3 TL | turmeric powder |
100 g | fresh ginger |
2 TL | flaxseed oil or omega 3 DHA+EPA oil |
100 g | apple juice |
juice of one or ange | |
juice of one lemon | |
1 TL | agave syrup |
Zubereitung
Peel the ginger and mix in a blender with turmeric powder and apple juice. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve and place in the blender again. Add oil, freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice as well as agave syrup and mix. If kept in the fridge, the juice is durable for 4 to 5 days.
