complementary food oil

Zubereitung
Peel the vegetables - for example carrots, parsnips or pumpkin - cut into small pieces, place in a cooking pot and cover with water. Then steam for about 10 minutes. Puree the mixture into a mash - use more or less water depending on the desired consistency. Mix the porridge with complementary food oil before eating. We recommend adding one teaspoon (approx. 5 grams) per 100 grams of porridge.

Hinweise
If you are preparing a large amount of porridge, it can be frozen in portions. Ice cube molds, for example, are suitable for this. It is important to only add the oil to the porridge after it has been heated.
