| 250 g | low-fat curd |
| 2 EL | cream cheese |
| 4 TL | cocout flower sugar |
| 2 TL | cinnamon almond spice oil |
| 30 g | almonds |
| 50 g | oats |
| 80 g | Spekulatius biscuits |
| 1 EL | coconut oil |
| 2 EL | agave syrup |
Preparation
For the cream, stir low-fat curd, cream cheese, coconut flower sugar and cinnamon almond spice oil until creamy. Place oats, crumbled spekulatius biscuits, chopped almonds and agave syrup in a bowl and mix. Put coconut oil in a pan and toast the biscuit mix for 4 to 5 minutes until golden yellow. Serve the dessert in alternate layers of cream and the biscuit mix in glasses.
