A selected, varied mix of different nuts and fruits. It contains raisins, cashew nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, dried cranberries, bananas, goji berries, physalis and sour cherries. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation.
This trail mix contains one especially valuable ingredient: goji berries. The superfood is a tasty and healthy snack: The berries have a high content of minerals, vitamins and trace elements. Their sweet-sour taste perfectly pairs with nuts. Our nut and fruit mix is a remedy for food cravings and an healthy alternative to sweets with industrial sugar.
Usage
The mix is perfect for refining muesli and yogurt, cakes and pastries. The healthy fats and minerals in the nuts combined with the vitamins and the natrual sugar in the fruits add up to a perfect energy boost.
Tip: Chop two tablespoons nut and fruit mix and add to green salad. Combine with a nutty-fruity dressing with walnut oil and sour cherry vinegar.
