Dates

Our Date Vinegar Cream is a fruity-sweet blend of traditionally produced organic balsamic vinegar and organic date syrup. The cream enhances salad dressings and sauces and goes well with cheese. It can also be used in desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads. A 250 ml bottle contains the equivalent of 150 g of dried dates.

The date vinegar cream also pairs perfectly with our freshly milled, cold-pressed roasted argan oil our spicy mustard oil or our seeded salad oil. Of course, the sweet cream also goes well with many other oils - our fine vinegar creams and freshly milled oils can be used to make a vinaigrette in endless variations. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste.

No additives, of course

If you discover a cloudy, jelly-like mass in an open bottle of vinegar cream after a while, this does not mean that it has gone off. On the contrary, it is a good sign that the vinegar has been produced traditionally and is not pasteurised. A so-called vinegar mother is formed. This is what experts call the important acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen. When vinegar is opened, these natural helpers may become active again.

Slight changes in colour are also normal in organic products, including our Date Vinegar Cream. If the opened vinegar darkens slightly over time, this does not affect the quality; on the contrary, natural colour differences show that we do not use colouring agents, but offer you a natural product.

Mango

The exotic mango vinegar cream is exceptionally fresh and fruity. The natural and intense mango flavour makes it the perfect accompaniment to crêpes and waffles. It also adds a special fruity note to sweet and sour Asian sauces. A dressing made from passion fruit seed oil and mango vinegar cream adds a special touch to salads.

Raspberries

Our raspberry vinegar cream has a sweet and tart raspberry flavour. Combined with walnut oil, it is not only perfect for summer salads, but also as a topping for desserts such as vanilla ice cream and panna cotta. A dash of raspberry vinegar cream in mineral water adds a refreshing twist.

Blackberries

Our blackberry vinegar cream is the perfect finishing touch for fruit salads and desserts. The sweet and sour cream is also perfect for salad dressings. It is best paired with our cold-pressed nut oils such as hazelnut oil, walnut oil or macadamia nut oil.

Pomegranate seeds

Pomegranate seeds are a popular ingredient in salads and desserts. The fine pomegranate vinegar cream adds a unique touch to fruit salads, raw vegetable salads and goat's cheese. Combine it with our Pomegranate Seed Oil and you have a dressing for gourmets.

Orange

Our fruity-sweet orange vinegar cream is a fine blend of balsamic vinegar and organic orange juice concentrate. Perfect with Asian dishes, it is also ideal for enhancing salad dressings and sauces. Vinegar Cream is also ideal for refining desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads.

Made in our own family factory

The quality of our culinary delicacies is very important to us and our motto has always been quality over quantity. That is why much of the production of our vinegar creams is still done by hand. Starting with the careful selection of the organic raw materials, the gentle production of the base vinegars and the matching of the other fine organic ingredients. We produce our fruity vinegar creams in small batches only. The precious vinegars are never mixed with synthetic additives. This ensures that the typical taste and high quality of our products are preserved in the best possible way.

Diese Essig-Creme ist mir etwas zu süß. Das Verhältnis Säure - Süße ist für meinen Geschmack nicht stimmig.
