Hemp protein - valuable source of protein and fibre

Our hemp protein is gently produced from controlled organic hemp seeds in raw food quality. Its high protein content of about 50 g per 100 g makes the protein an ideal supplement to the daily diet for bodybuilders and athletes. In addition, it is especially recommended for vegetarians and vegans because it is an ideal substitute for animal protein sources. At the same time, hemp protein is a valuable source of fibre. It is vegan, lactose- and gluten-free and free from preservatives, colouring and flavouring agents.

Origin and history of hemp

Hemp, with its distinctive leaves, is one of the oldest crops in the world and originates from Central Asia. Shortly after its discovery the plant was also cultivated in Europe. The active ingredient tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) has made hemp known as a intoxicant but also as a medicinal plant. Today, many varieties with a low THC content are cultivated. Especially in Europe, there are numerous varieties that are almost THC-free. For the production of our hemp products at Ölmühle Solling, we use one of these hemp varieties from certified organic farming, hemp flour and hemp protein. Next to hemp protein, we also offer hemp seed oil, hemp flour and unpeeled hemp seeds.

Hemp protein contains valuable hemp seed oil

Protein powder contains 12 g of valuable hemp seed oil per 100 g. It has an optimal ratio of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids of 3:1. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids makes our hemp protein a valuable ingredient for a health-conscious diet.

Hemp protein and its ideal amino acid profile

The protein is valuable not only because of its high content of protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids: Its amino acid profile is ideal for the human organism. The body needs amino acids to build muscles. Furthermore, hemp protein contains all essential amino acids in an ideal proportion and the body can absorb and utilise them easily.

We also offer organic hemp seed flour which is an ideal ingredient for baking bread, fine pastries, mueslis and desserts.

Usage

With its mild and nutty taste, hemp protein is an ideal ingredient for protein shakes, bars or smoothies. In addition, protein powder can be used for baking protein bread, protein pancakes or brownies. Tip: Peeled or unpeeled hemp seeds are a perfect baking ingredient as well and match perfectly with hemp protein.

We recommend a daily intake of around 30 g hemp protein.

After opening, the procut should be used up in a short time and kept in a cool, dark place, away from oxygen.

Dieses Pulver habe ich zum ersten Mal bestellt. Der Geschmack ist nussig und hanfig... Ich nehme täglich einen Teelöffel voll in Wasser aufgelöst zu mir. Sehr lecker!

Hanfprotein benötigen wir für unsere Müslis, schmeckt sehr fein und soll seine Wirkung nicht verfehlen, uns gesund zu erhalten, doch letzteres lässt sich noch nicht beurteilen. Dennoch sehr beliebt auf unserem frühstückstisch.

Das Hanfpulver ist eine hervorragende Nahrungsergänzung mit vielen Proteinen. Schmeckt nussig und wird von mir in einem Glas mit Hafermilch mittels Elektroaufschäumer verquirlt. 1 TL auf ein 1/2 Glas Hafermilch (ungesüßt).

Ich möchte als Vegetarier und Sportler meine Ernährung optimal gestalten, dazu zählt das Hanfprotein als wichtiger Lieferant an Eiweiß und Vitalstoffen , ich verarbeite es hauptsächlich im Brotteig mit .

Sehr bekömmlich, leicht nussiger Geschmack. Man kann es super ins Müsli mixen oder auch in einen Joghurt einrühren. Deckt meinen Eiweißbedarf (Veganer), wenn ich mal keine so große Lust auf Tofu habe.
