This truffle spice oil is a balanced composition of extra virgin olive oil from organic cultivation in Italy and the unmistakable flavour of organic white truffles. The rare white truffles of the "tuber magnatum pico" variety from the Calabria region are a true delicacy for gourmets. This truffle variety is especially aromatic and often used to refine olive oil. The olive oil which we use as basis for this delicious spice oil also comes from Calabria. Our precious truffle spice oil is perfect for seasoning risotto, pasta, meat or fish dishes.

Usage

Our truffle spice oil refines elegant pasta dishes and risottos. It pairs perfectly with meat or fish dishes. Also delicious as starter with bread.
