Valuable combination of canola and sunflower seed oil
Our cold-pressed organic canola oil has a low content of saturated fatty acids, a high content of the monounsaturated oleic acid as well as a balanced proportion of essential omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. These properties make it a healthy choice for daily use. Our virgin sunflower seed oil is extracted through gentle cold-pressing. The wholesome oil mainly contains mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. These two valuable edible oils are used as basis for our hearty salad oil. Olive oil refines the oil blend with a Mediterranean aroma.
For dressings, the hearty salad oil pairs perfectly with light and dark balsamic vinegars. Also great in combination with fruity vinegars like our raspberry vinegar or our apple balsamic vinegar. It can be used for classic leaf salads or salads with summer fruits.
