Valuable combination of rapeseed and sunflower

Low in saturated fat, high in monounsaturated oleic acid and with a balanced ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids, our cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil is a highly recommended edible oil for daily use. Ölmühle Sollings pure sunflower oil is also made from organically grown and hulled sunflower seeds by gentle cold pressing. It contains mainly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The combination of these two valuable edible oils forms the basis of our salad oil. Olive oil adds a Mediterranean flavour.

In dressings it can be combined with both light and dark balsamic vinegar. The combination of salad oil with fruity vinegars, such as raspberry vinegar or apple balsamic vinegar from Ölmühle Solling, also produces delicious dressings. The salad oil is an ideal base for salad dressings. It goes well with both classic green salads and salads with summer fruits.
