Nutty sunflower seed oil, local canola and fragrant olive oil create a hearty salad oil with that certain something. It adds a fine aroma of seeds to salad dressings, dips, marinades and is perfect for vegan cooking.

Valuable combination of canola and sunflower seed oil

Our cold-pressed organic canola oil has a low content of saturated fatty acids, a high content of the monounsaturated oleic acid as well as a balanced proportion of essential omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. These properties make it a healthy choice for daily use. Our virgin sunflower seed oil is extracted through gentle cold-pressing. The wholesome oil mainly contains mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. These two valuable edible oils are used as basis for our hearty salad oil. Olive oil refines the oil blend with a Mediterranean aroma.

For dressings, the hearty salad oil pairs perfectly with light and dark balsamic vinegars. Also great in combination with fruity vinegars like our raspberry vinegar or our apple balsamic vinegar. It can be used for classic leaf salads or salads with summer fruits.

Ideal in salad dressings for leaf salads, raw food or marinades.

Das KERNIGE Salatöl mögen wir sehr gerne, da es einen neutralen Geschmack hat. Leider wurde mir bei dieser Lieferung fälschlicher Weise das FRUCHTIGE Salatöl gesendet. Ich behielt es, um es zu probieren, aber ich muss sagen, dass es nicht unseren Geschmack trifft. Es schmeckt sehr vor, so dass ich für eine Salatschüssel max... mehr >>

. einen Esslöffel von diesem Öl nehme und dann mit neutralem Oliven- oder Sonnenblumenöl ergänze. Ich hatte 2 Flaschen - eine im Anbruch, die andere habe ich verschenkt ;-) Künftig möchte ich nur wieder das KERNIGE Öl kaufen.

Meine Salate würze ich nach Lust und Laune mal mit diesem und mal mit einem anderen Öl. Das bringt Abwechslung und schmeckt. Meinen Mann konnte ich jetzt auch zum Essen von Salat bewegen. Sein Kommentar: "Seit du so leckere Salate zubereitest, esse ich sie plötzlich gern!"

Sehr gutes Salatöl, sehr gelungene, wohlschmeckende Öl-Mischung. Ich verwende es regelmäßig in Abwechslung mit Ihren ebenfalls tollen Salatölen "würzig" und "fruchtig" Es macht des Salat einfach besser. Werde es sicher wieder kaufen!

Ich liebe dieses Öl. Bei jeder Bestellung suche ich mir etwas aus, das ich noch nicht kenne. Dieses Öl war ein Volltreffer. Wunderbar zu Salat - gebe auch ein Schuss Leinöl dazu und kröne den Salat mit Handsaat - lecker & gesund.

Dieses Öl eignet sich hervorragend zum Herstellen eines eigenen Salatdressings. Durch die Mischung der verschiedenen Öle hat es einen angenehmen sehr ausgewogenen Geschmack. Qualität, die man schmecken kann.
