Our herby salad dressing is a fine blend of freshly milled cold-pressed sunflower seed oil and canola oil combined with herb extracts from fresh basil, tarragon and dill seeds. Apart from salads, this salad oil refines dips and sauces or can be used to add a special flavour to fish dishes, curd and vegetable soups.

Valuable combination of canola and sunflower seed oil

Our cold-pressed organic canola oil has a low content of saturated fatty acids, a high content of the monounsaturated oleic acid as well as a balanced proportion of essential omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. These properties make it a healthy choice for daily use. Our virgin sunflower seed oil is extracted through gentle cold-pressing. The wholesome oil mainly contains mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. These two valuable edible oils are used as basis for our herby salad oil.

Furthermore, we add extracts from fresh basil, tarragan and dill seeds for a full-bodied taste of herbs. We recommend this fine oil blend for classic or creative dressings. It pairs perfectly with light and dark balsamic vinegars. Also great in combination with fruity vinegars like our raspberry vinegar or our apple balsamic vinegar.

From simple dish to delicacy in an instant

This salad oil with the herb trio basil, tarragon and dill seeds is perfect for easy seasoning and refining tomato or cucumber salads, fish dishes, curds or vegetable soups. Also ideal for dressings and dips on the basis of yogurt. Combined with our herby salad oil, even simple mixed salads with a little parsley or chives turn into a culinary highlight. Tip: Try our herby salad oil as a starter or snack with bread and salt and pepper.

How to use our spice oils properly

Cook the ingredients according to the recipe and add a little salt. Season to taste with the spice oil only shortly before serving. The oils can be heated moderately in a pan or wok. Drizzle one to two teaspoons of the respective oil over the dish. Stir and serve.
