Mangoes on the tree

Our Mango Vinegar Cream is a fruity-sweet blend of handcrafted brandy vinegar and organic mango puree. The cream enhances salad dressings and sauces and goes well with Asian dishes. It can also be added to desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads. A 250ml bottle contains the equivalent of about 200g of ripe mangoes.

The Mango Vinegar Cream also pairs perfectly with our freshly milled, cold-pressed walnut oil or our extra virgin olive oil. Of course, the sweet cream also goes well with many other oils - a vinaigrette can be made in endless variations with our fine vinegar creams and freshly milled oils. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Naturally additive free

If you discover a cloudy, jelly-like mass in an open bottle of vinegar cream after a while, it does not mean that it has gone off. On the contrary, it is a good sign that the vinegar has been produced traditionally and is not pasteurised. A so-called vinegar mother is formed. This is what experts call the important acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen. When vinegar is opened, these natural helpers may become active again.

Slight colour changes are also normal with organic products, including our Mango Vinegar Cream. If the opened vinegar darkens slightly over time, this does not affect the quality. On the contrary, natural differences in colour show that we do not use colouring agents, but offer you a natural product.

Raspberry

Our Raspberry Vinegar Cream has a sweet and tart raspberry flavour and, combined with walnut oil, is not only great with summer salads but also as a topping for desserts such as vanilla ice cream and panna cotta.

Orange

Our Orange Vinegar Cream is a fruity-sweet blend of artisan balsamic vinegar and organic orange juice concentrate. The cream enhances salad dressings and sauces and goes well with Asian dishes. Desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads can also be enhanced with the vinegar cream.

Date

Our Date Vinegar Cream adds a sophisticated sweetness to salads and sauces. There is no need to add honey or sugar when making dressings. Don't miss out: our date vinegar cream is perfect with mozzarella, goat's cheese and halloumi. It pairs perfectly with our cold-pressed Argan Oil, made from roasted argan almonds.

 

 

Blackberry

Our Blackberry Vinegar Cream is the perfect finishing touch to fruit salads and desserts. The sweet and sour cream is also perfect for dressings. It is best paired with our cold-pressed nut oils such as walnut oil, hazelnut oil or macadamia nut oil.

Pomegranate seeds

Pomegranate seeds are a popular ingredient in salads and desserts. The fine Pomegranate Vinegar Cream adds a unique touch to fruit salads, raw vegetable salads and goat's cheese. Combined with our Pomegranate Seed Oil, the result is a dressing for gourmets.

Made in our own family factory

The quality of our culinary delicacies is very important to us and our motto has always been quality over quantity. This means that much of the production of our vinegar creams is still done by hand. This starts with the selection of organic raw materials, the careful production of the base vinegars and the matching of the other fine organic ingredients. We make our vinegar creams in small batches. The precious vinegars are never mixed with synthetic additives. This preserves the typical taste and high quality of our products.

Ich gebe immer einen Schuss Mango Essigcreme ins Dressing vom gemischten Salat. Gäste fragen mich oft, was ich mache, damit der Salat so erfrischend schmeckt. Diese Essigcreme war eine Empfehlung der Inhaberin eines Hofladens. Nun genieße ich regelmäßig gartenfrischen Salat mit diesem wunderbaren Essig. Das natürliche Mangoaroma ist eine Wonne. Ich finde, die Flaschen sind außerdem optisch sehr ansprechend und mit dem überzeugenden Inhalt eine tolle Geschenkidee.

Ich habe den Essig bestellt, weil ich auf der Homepage der Ölmühle Solling ein Rezept gefunden habe, in dem die fruchtige Essigcreme als Zutat für eine Limonade verwendet wurde. Und ich muss sagen, mit Mineralwasser und Eiswürfeln ist es eine tolle Idee und schmeckt sehr gut!

Die hat zwar lecker geschmeckt, aber sie war mir ein bisschen zu süß. Außerdem bin ich der Ansicht, dass man aus den heimischen Obstarten wunderbare Essigcremes herstellen kann, z. B. aus Birnen. Die Mango hat einfach einen zu weiten Transport-Weg.

Salate werden mit diesem Essig sehr fruchtig und schmecken richtig gut. Hab mittlerweile noch weitere Essigcremes in anderen Geschmacksrichtungen gekauft. So kann man super abwechselnd kochen bzw kalte Küche zubereiten und es wird nicht langweilig.
