Balsamico Essig benutze ich nicht nur für Salate.Zum anbraten feiner Fleisch Gerichte zum Ablöschen sehr gut geeignet. Gibt einen feinen Sossengeschmack

Geschmacklich sehr gut, lässt sich aber nicht gut dosieren. Eine Tülle am Flaschenhals o.ä. wäre gut.

Ich kenne allerdings den Balsamico von La Vialla. Der schmeckt mir noch etwas besser.

Feiner Balsamico, am besten für "dunkle" Salate, da er sehr farbintensiv ist.
