Elderflower Balsamic Vinegar
Fruity Elderflower Balsamic Vinegar is a mild vinegar with the fine, fruity aroma and taste of the elderflower so popular in this country. This balsamic vinegar is made by the natural fermentation of elderflower syrup. It is finished with organic Riesling vinegar and a hint of lemon. Elderflower vinegar is suitable for everyday use in the kitchen and is ideal for preparing colourful leaf salads, refining dips and light sauces. Paired with golden yellow toasted hazelnut oil, the vinegar transforms any salad dressing into a nutty, subtle flavour experience.
Organic Hazelnut Oil
Our Organic Roasted Hazelnut Oil is a high quality edible oil made from mildly roasted nuts by cold pressing. It is yellow in colour and has a mild, sweet and nutty flavour reminiscent of nougat. Its sweet taste makes it ideal for use in salads, desserts and ice cream. Hazelnut oil is characterised by its high content of the unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid, which makes it suitable for frying and steaming.
Olive Lemon Flavoured Oil
Olive-Lemon Flavoured Oil has a fruity note and adds a fresh accent to any salad. We have created this oil for gourmets who appreciate a subtle and typical citrus note in their salads. The base of this oil is a high quality Italian olive oil, refined with the natural extracts of lemon and orange peel, of course from controlled organic cultivation.
