This set contains three seasoning oils in a 100ml bottle. Included are our Wild Garlic, Basil and Spicy Salad Oil in a gift box. All three oils have been awarded the Solling-Vogler region's Echt! label.

Basil Seasoning Oil

Unpeeled rapeseed and fresh basil leaves are cold-pressed straight from the mill for Basil Seasoning Oil. They combine to create a full-bodied flavour experience. Basil Seasoning Oil adds a typically Italian flavour to salads, pizza and pasta. Perfect for tomato and mozzarella salads!

Spicy Salad Oil

Spicy Salad Oil is a fine blend of freshly cold-pressed sunflower and rapeseed oils combined with extracts of fresh basil, tarragon and dill seeds. As well as salads, Salad Oil can be used to enhance dips and sauces of all kinds, and to add a special touch to fish dishes, cottage cheese dishes or vegetable soups.

Wild Garlic Seasoning Oil

Wild Garlic Seasoning Oil: The local spring herb, wild garlic, meets our freshly milled, cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil - the result is a full-bodied flavour experience. After almost falling into oblivion, the aromatic wild herb has been making a well-deserved comeback in gourmet cuisine over the past few years. Our Ramsons Seasoning Oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. Both the wild garlic and the rapeseed oil for the wild garlic seasoning oil come from organic farms in the Weserbergland region.
