Echt! - local classics selection

A selection of three spice oils in 100 ml bottles. It contains our local classics wild garlic, basil and soup greens wrapped in a gift box.

Basil: For our basil spice oil, fresh organic basil, and unshelled canola seeds are cold-pressed and fuse to a full-bodied taste experience. It adds a typical Italian flavour to salads, pizza and pasta. Ideal for tomato mozzarella salad.

Wild garlic: Local spring-fresh wild garlic meets our mill-fresh, cold-pressed organic canola oil for a full-bodied taste experience. After the aromatic wild herb was almost forgotten for some time, wild garlic made a well-deserved comeback a few years ago. Our wild garlic spice oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vegan, lactose- and gluten-free. Both the wild garlic and canola seeds come from organic farms from the region of our oil manufactory.

Soup greens: Our soup greens spice oil is perfect for classic vegetable soups, noodle or potato dishes and other soups or "green-tasting" bouillons. With aromatic flavours like paprika, onions, hyssop, lovage, celery, chives, carawy, chervil, nutmeg and white pepper, it refines meat sauces as well.
