Made from Moroccan argan nuts which are harvested and cracked all by hand before they are cold pressed. This preserves the valuable natural ingredients and the typical flavour particularly well. “Morocco’s liquid gold” is suitable for hot and cold dishes.

This oil speciality from the Steiermark is carefully pressed from gently roasted pumpkin seeds. The dark green, intensive nutty oil enhances not only salads and (pumpkin) soups but also gives sweet dishes that extra something.

Beechnuts collected from the wild are carefully pressed for this delicious rarity among vegetable oils. This nutty-tangy oil is only available seasonally in autumn and tastes particularly good with salads, and mushroom and poultry dishes. NB: This oil is derived from beechnuts collected from the wild and is therefore not certified organic.

Eigentlich geschmacklich nichts außergewöhnliches, aber die Idee, aus Bucheckern Öl zu gewinnen ist spannend und das Produkt sehr orginell.
