Salat with oil and vinegar

This light, fresh organic white wine vinegar is produced from high-quality white wines. It pairs perfectly with nutty and mild oils and adds a sweet-sour touch to every salad dressing. Made from freshly pressed white wine. The vinegar ages in small oak barrels and is gently bottled afterwards.

Traditional production with the “mother of vinegar”

If you notice an opaque, jelly-like layer in an opened bottle of vinegar, it does not mean that it has gone bad. On the contrary, it is a feature of an unpasteurised, traditionally produced vinegar which is called "mother of vinegar". It consists of valuable acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol to acetic acid, using oxygen. When a bottle of vinegar is opened, these bacteria might become active again and produce the abovementioned biofilm.

Vinegar for cooking

With our fine vinegars and mill-fresh oils, you can prepare a large variety of vinaigrettes. The basic recipe is very easy: 1 part vinegar for 3 parts oil, season to taste with salt and pepper. Our vinegars are also perfect for seasoning soups and sauces or for a hint of acidity in any dish. Tip: For a refreshing drink, add a squirt of our apple, sour cherry or black currant vinegar to mineral water.

Super im Geschmack, tolles Zusammenspiel mit der Säure. Ich benutze schon Jahre keinen Essig mehr aus dem Supermarkt,da es dort nicht diese Qualität zu kaufen gibt. Probieren sie es selbst aus. Ich bin von den Produkten der Ölmühle begeistert.

Dieser Essig ist angenehm mild in der Säure und fruchtig-süß im Geschmack. In Kombination mit einem Fruchtessig (z.B. Mango) ergibt sich eine besonders leckere Mischung. Bei den nächsten Bestellungen wird er sicher wieder dabei sein.

Nehme den Essig bereits seit einigen Jahren für meinen Salat. Er wird mir nicht langweilig und hat einen tollen Geschmack. Besonders die fruchtige Note gefällt mir. Verwende ihn oft mit dem griechischen Olivenöl von der Ölmühle.

Perfektes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, dieser Condimento ist bei jeder Bestellung in meinem Warenkorb. Mein Mann mag ihn besonders, weil er nicht so säuerlich ist und bei einem Salatdressing auf Zucker verzichtet werden kann.
