Sliced pomegranate

Our pomegranate vinegar cream is a fruity-sweet composition with traditionally produced organic red wine vinegar and organic pomegranate juice. The cream refines salad dressings, sauces and also goes well with Asian dishes. Desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads can also be enhanced with the vinegar cream. A 250 ml bottle of pomegranate vinegar cream contains the juice of 160 g of pomegranate seeds.

The pomegranate vinegar cream can also be perfectly combined with our freshly milled cold-pressed roasted argan oil, the spicy mustard oil or our seeded salad oil. Of course, the sweet cream also goes well with many other oils - with our fine vinegar creams and mill-fresh oils, a vinaigrette can be prepared in endless variations. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Naturally without additives

If you discover a cloudy, jelly-like mass in an opened vinegar cream bottle after a while, this does not mean that it is spoiled. On the contrary, it is a good sign of a traditionally produced and unpasteurized vinegar. A so-called vinegar mother forms. This is what experts call the important acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen. When a vinegar is opened, these natural little helpers can become active again under certain circumstances.

Slight changes in color are also quite normal with organic products, including our pomegranate vinegar cream. If the opened vinegar darkens slightly over time, this does not affect the quality; on the contrary, natural color differences show that we do not use colorants, but offer you a natural product.

Date

Our date vinegar cream gives salads and sauces a delicate and sweet note. Be sure to try: our date vinegar cream goes perfectly with mozzarella, goat's cheese and halloumi. It combines perfectly with our cold-pressed argan oil made from roasted argan almonds and as a topping for ice cream.

Raspberry

Our mild raspberry vinegar cream impresses with its sweet and sour raspberry notes and, combined with walnut oil, not only goes well with summer salads but also as a topping for desserts such as vanilla ice cream and panna cotta. A dash of raspberry vinegar cream in mineral water provides a fruity refreshment.

Mango

The exotic mango vinegar cream is fresh and fruity. The natural mango flavor makes the vinegar an ideal accompaniment for crêpes and waffles. The vinegar cream also gives sweet and sour Asian sauces a special fruity flavor. A dressing made from passion fruit seed oil and mango vinegar cream refines any salad.

Blackberries

Our blackberry vinegar cream is a delicious ingredient for fruit salads and ice cream. The sweet and tangy cream also makes a great dressing. It is best combined with our cold-pressed nut oils such as walnut oil, hazelnut oil or macadamia nut oil.

Orange

Our orange vinegar cream is a fruity-sweet composition with balsamic vinegar and organic orange juice concentrate. The cream enhances salad dressings and sauces and also goes well with Asian dishes. Desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads can also be refined with the vinegar cream.

Made in our own family factory

The quality of our culinary delicacies is particularly important to us and our motto has always been quality over quantity. This means that a lot of the production of our vinegar creams is still done by hand. Starting with the selection of the organic raw materials, the careful production of the basic vinegars and the matching of the other fine organic ingredients. We produce our vinegar creams in small batches. The valuable vinegars are never mixed with synthetic additives. In this way, the typical taste and high quality of our products are preserved in the best possible way.

Der Essig ist zum Lieblingsessig meines Mannes geworden. Er liebt die Süsse des Essigs. Für mich enthält er zu viel Zucker. Aber ansonsten bin ich mit den Produkten aus der Ölmühle sehr zufrieden. Ich habe nach der Bestellung im Internet in der letzten Woche schon wieder im Laden in Boffzen eingekauft.

Beim 1. Mal hatten wir uns zum Probieren ein Set mit 5 verschiedenen Cremes a 20 ml mitgenommen und alle waren sehr lecker. Diesmal haben wir uns 1 große Flasche Granatapfel bestellt,aber beim nächsten Mal könnte es durchaus auch eine andere Sorte sein.

Etwas säuerlicher als der Bromberessig und erscheint mir auch weniger süß. Habe es bisher im Salat verwendet, teilweise als Ergänzung zum Brommberessig. Die Konsistenz würde ich nicht als cremig bezeichnen.

Sehr lecker, mir jedoch etwas zu flüssig. Wenn die Konsistenz etwas cremiger wäre, würde der Essig definitiv 5 Sterne erhalten.

Die Essigcreme schmeckt lecker, könnte für meinen Geschmack jedoch etwas weniger flüssig, sondern cremiger sein.
