The Ölmühle Solling
is a family-run manufactory in the heart of the Solling area. Since 1996, we produce a large variety of organic edible oils and food specialities in a traditional way. Since the beginning of our manufacturing history, we choose raw materials from certified organic cultivation. Just as long, we care about the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. The founding family, Werner, Gudrun, Sebastian and Sarah Baensch, maintains personal contact with suppliers and farmers in the region and around the world. As a Naturland Partner, the company supports organic farming right from the start and actively promotes fair trade.
High quality and organic cultivation
We consistently focus on organic raw materials. The high effort in the production process would not pay iff, if the raw matierals and ingridients were polluted with artificial fertilizers, treated with pesticides or genetically engineered. We use high quality raw materials from organic farming without exception.
Cold pressed organic vegetable oils from the family manufactory
For over twenty years, we at Ölmühle Solling use carefully selected organic nuts and seeds
to produce delicious and healthy vegetable oils such as linseed oil
or black cumin oil
Just as long we follow the motto „quality instead of quantity“.
Filtration, bottling, labeling and shipping of the oils still require a lot of manual labor
- we are a true manufactory with family tradition. Our cold pressed organic oils are only
produced in small batches on demand, directly bottled and shipped - simply fresh from the mill.
In our small oil presses we produce classics, such as our fresh linseed oil and black cumin oil.
But also fine specialties such as our aromatic spice oil with coffee and almonds and a particularly
hot chili spice oil are part of our broad product range.
All oils are characterized by their balanced fragrance and taste. The good ingredients such as
polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins or phytochemicals are best preserved - so our oils make
an important contribution to a complete nutrition.
