Mango vinegar cream
The exotic mango vinegar cream is particularly fresh and fruity. The intense mango flavor makes the vinegar an ideal accompaniment for crêpes and waffles. The vinegar cream also adds a special fruity note to sweet and sour Asian sauces. A dressing made from passion fruit seed oil and mango vinegar cream refines any salad.
Date vinegar cream
Our date vinegar cream gives salads and sauces a sophisticated, sweet note. Honey or sugar are no longer necessary when preparing dressings with the vinegar cream. Don't miss out: our date vinegar cream goes perfectly with mozzarella, goat's cheese and halloumi. It combines perfectly with our cold-pressed argan oil made from roasted argan almonds.
Walnut oil
Our organic walnut oil made from unroasted walnuts is suitable for hot and cold dishes. It adds a special touch to salads and sauces in particular. The nutty aroma harmonizes perfectly with fruity components such as strawberries or raspberries, for example combined with lamb's lettuce or rocket - a wonderful composition with a nutty aroma. The cold-pressed specialty can also be used in desserts and pastries. Walnut oil is not suitable for frying due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Mustard oil
The yellow mustard seed of the Martigena variety is the basis for our organic mustard oil. The cold-pressed product is characterized by its typical mustardy pungency, comparable to that of cress, radishes or rocket. The oil is very popular in Indian and Bengali cuisine, where it is used to season curries, for example. This culinary rarity also enhances dishes such as salads, dips and vegetable dishes.
Pumpkin seed oil from roasted pumpkin seeds
Around 30 percent of the pumpkin seeds in this pumpkin seed oil are roasted before cold pressing. We then mix these with unroasted, untreated pumpkin seeds and process them in spindle presses to produce an oil that tastes far more intense than oil made from unroasted pumpkin seeds. The dark green specialty gives dishes a fine, nutty aroma.
Finest organic quality without additives
The quality of our culinary delicacies is particularly important to us and our motto has always been quality over quantity. This means that much of the production of our oils and vinegars is still done by hand. Starting with the selection of the organic raw materials, the careful production and the coordination of the other fine organic ingredients. We produce our oils and vinegars in small batches. As a matter of principle, no synthetic additives are added to these valuable products. In this way, the typical taste and high quality of the products are preserved in the best possible way.
