This light, fresh organic white wine vinegar is carefully made from high-quality wines. It goes perfectly with nutty and mild oils and adds a sweet and tangy note to any salad dressing. The white wine vinegar is made from freshly pressed white wine. It matures in small oak barrels and is bottled by hand.

Traditional production thanks to the vinegar mother

If you discover a cloudy, jelly-like mass in an opened bottle of vinegar after a while, this does not mean that it is spoiled. On the contrary, it is a good sign of a traditionally produced and unpasteurized vinegar: A so-called "vinegar mother" is forming. This is what experts call the important acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen. When a vinegar is opened, these natural little helpers can become active again under certain circumstances.

Vinegar in fine cuisine

Our fine vinegars and mill-fresh oils can be used to prepare vinaigrettes in endless variations. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste. Our vinegars are also ideal for seasoning soups and sauces and wherever a touch of acidity is needed to add an extra accent. Tip: A splash of apple, sour cherry or blackcurrant vinegar in mineral water is particularly refreshing and thirst-quenching.

Mild fruchtiger Geschmack..der Condimento Bianco passt ideal zu einem weißen italienischen Bohnensalat (Zutaten: große weiße Bohnen, Thunfisch, Zwiebelwürfel, Olivenöl, 2 Esslöffel Condimento Bianco, geriebener Knoblauch, Meersalz, schwarzer Pfeffer)

Super im Geschmack, tolles Zusammenspiel mit der Säure. Ich benutze schon Jahre keinen Essig mehr aus dem Supermarkt,da es dort nicht diese Qualität zu kaufen gibt. Probieren sie es selbst aus. Ich bin von den Produkten der Ölmühle begeistert.

Dieser Essig ist angenehm mild in der Säure und fruchtig-süß im Geschmack. In Kombination mit einem Fruchtessig (z.B. Mango) ergibt sich eine besonders leckere Mischung. Bei den nächsten Bestellungen wird er sicher wieder dabei sein.

Nehme den Essig bereits seit einigen Jahren für meinen Salat. Er wird mir nicht langweilig und hat einen tollen Geschmack. Besonders die fruchtige Note gefällt mir. Verwende ihn oft mit dem griechischen Olivenöl von der Ölmühle.
