Coconut roasted onion is a very special spread with around 14 g per 100 g of omega-3 fatty acids. The fresh, cold-pressed linseed oil in this delicious blend with virgin coconut fat can be kept in the refrigerator for a long time. The linseed oil it contains is protected from oxidation by the solid coconut fat and does not become bitter like pure, cold-pressed organic linseed oil.
To maintain a normal cholesterol level
Alpha-linolenic acid (an essential omega-3 fatty acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Just 1-2 slices of bread with 15 g of spread cover an adult's daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids, which corresponds to 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid.
With valuable organic coconut oil
Coconut oil is not only of the highest quality in terms of taste and versatility, it also has impressive nutritional values: although coconut oil contains many saturated fatty acids, it is a special type of fatty acid. The oil consists largely of medium-chain fatty acids, known as MCTs (medium chain triglycerides), such as lauric acid. This lauric acid, which makes up almost half of the fatty acids in coconut oil, is an important component of breast milk, among other things. Combined with a varied diet, organic coconut oil makes an important contribution to a balanced diet.
All ingredients for this spread come from controlled organic cultivation:
Virgin coconut oil (58%), cold-pressed linseed oil (29%) with crispy fried onions and apple chips. Make sure you eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Usage
A hearty alternative to lard, butter or margarine.
Spreadable from the fridge, melts when heated above 25 °C; becomes spreadable again after cooling.
We do not use thickeners or other additives that would slow down the setting of the apple pieces. Only with natural products can physics (light is on top, heavy is on the bottom) not be so easily outwitted. That's why we think that stirring when necessary is an honest way to eliminate the problem. Simply take the jar out of the fridge and wait until the spread has a creamy consistency. Then you can mix the pieces with a spoon and put the jar back in the fridge.
Once opened, use the contents within 4 weeks. Not suitable for frying!
