Crema del Borgo Aceto Balsamico di Modena

Our Crema del Borgo is a sweet balsamic vinegar with a creamy texture. Made from freshly pressed grape juice of the Pinot Noir grape variety, produced in the manner of a true Aceto Tradizionale. The grape juice is fermented in two stages, first to red wine and then to vinegar. A gently simmered grape must from the same grape variety is added to the young vinegar, giving it its typical sweet note.

Olive oil

For our valuable extra virgin olive oil, sun-ripened olives from Calabria are gently cold centrifuged in the traditional way. The high-quality olive oil has a full-bodied and fruity taste and is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids.
