ORGANIC Spice oil minis

A small selection of five herb and spice oils in decorative mini bottles (at 20 ml). The set contains our basil canola spice oil, coffee almond spice oil, ginger lemongrass canola spice oil, Mediterranean canola spice oil and the fruity salad oil.

Our coffee almond spice oil is made from fair trade, organic coffee beans which are mildly roasted and enhanced with our freshly milled, cold-pressed almond oil. The ingredients fuse to a fragrant spice oil specialty for sweet dishes: Only a few drops turn fine pastries, ice cream, praline fillings and desserts into special treats.

Our basil spice oil is an aromatic combination of mill-fresh, cold-pressed canola oil from organic cultivation and freshly harvested basil. The popular spice oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vegan, lactose- and gluten-free. Basil is an essential herb for every kitchen. When fresh basil is not available, our basil spice oil is the perfect alternative to refine pasta and pizza and, of course, classic tomato mozzarella salad.

Our ginger lemongrass spice oil is very versatile: Just a few drops of the oil turn every dish into an exotic taste experience. Ginger and lemongrass are two key ingredients for the Southeast Asian cuisine - and make a perfect match. 

Our Mediterranean spice oil consists of a spice blend of paprika, oregano, pepper, basil, coriander, rosemary, thyme, onions and marjoram in cold-pressed canola oil. It can be used for all Mediterranean dishes like pizza, paella, meat, fish or soups and creates the authentic flavour of Mediterranean herbs in an instant.

For our fruity salad oil, we refine a blend of nutty sunflower seed oil, local canola and fragrant olive oil with the fruity-fresh aroma of orange, lemon and lime. The result: A fruity salad oil that is rich in vitamin E. Not only ideal for salads but also tasty in dips, marinades and smoothies.
