This set combines five of our delicious 20ml vinegars to create our sour racers:

Crema del Borgo

Our Crema del Borgo is made from freshly pressed Pinot Noir grape juice, produced in the same way as a genuine Aceto Tradizionale, with a creaminess and fruity-sweet note. The grape juice is fermented in two stages, first into red wine and then into vinegar. A slightly cooked grape must of the same variety is added to the young vinegar to give it its typical sweet note. The vinegar is then aged in small oak barrels for two months to mature into a mild, harmonious balsamic vinegar.

Elderflower Balsamic Vinegar

Our Elderflower Balsamic Vinegar is a mild vinegar with the fine, fruity aroma and flavour of the elderflower so popular in this country. It is made by the natural fermentation of elderflower syrup. It is finished with organic Riesling vinegar and a hint of lemon.

Apple & Orange Balsamic Vinegar

Fruity and fresh with a hint of citrus, our Apple & Orange Balsamic Vinegar is a carefully produced, naturally cloudy apple vinegar aged in barrels with aromatic orange pieces. Suitable for everyday use in the kitchen, this balsamic vinegar is ideal for preparing colourful leaf salads, refining dips and light sauces.

Condimento Bianco

Made from freshly pressed white wine, our Condimento Bianco is made in the style of a genuine Aceto Tradizionale, with a sweet note and mild acidity. This light, fresh white wine vinegar is carefully made from high quality wines and is a classic for any kitchen.

Raspberry Vinegar

Freshly picked organic raspberries give Raspberry Vinegar a unique, fine, fruity raspberry flavour. This special vinegar speciality is made from pure raspberry juice and enhances salads, sauces and dips.
