Mango Vinegar Cream
Exotic mango vinegar cream is fresh and fruity. The intense mango flavour makes it an ideal accompaniment to crêpes and waffles. It also adds a special fruity note to sweet and sour Asian sauces. A dressing made with Passion Fruit Seed Oil and Mango Cream Vinegar will enhance any salad.
Date Vinegar Cream
Our date vinegar cream adds a sophisticated sweetness to salads and sauces. Honey and sugar are no longer necessary when making dressings with date vinegar cream. Don't miss out: our date vinegar cream is perfect with mozzarella, goat's cheese and halloumi. It pairs perfectly with our Argan Oil, which is cold-pressed from roasted argan almonds.
Walnut Oil
Made from unroasted walnuts, our organic walnut oil can be used in both hot and cold dishes. It adds a special flavour to salads and sauces. The nutty aroma harmonises perfectly with fruity components such as strawberries or raspberries, combined for example with lamb's lettuce or rocket - a wonderful combination with a nutty flavour. This cold-pressed speciality can also be used in desserts and pastries. Walnut oil is not suitable for frying due to its high polyunsaturated fatty acid content.
Mustard Oil
Our organic mustard oil is made from yellow mustard seeds of the Martigena variety. The cold-pressed product is characterised by its typical mustard heat, comparable to that of cress, radish or rocket. The oil is very popular in Indian and Bengali cuisine, where it is used to flavour curries, for example. This culinary rarity also enhances dishes such as salads, dips and vegetable dishes.
Pumpkin seed oil from roasted pumpkin seeds
Around 30% of the pumpkin seeds in this pumpkin seed oil are roasted before cold pressing. We then mix these with unroasted, untreated pumpkin seeds and use spindle presses to produce an oil that has a much more intense flavour than oil made from unroasted pumpkin seeds. This dark green speciality adds a fine nutty flavour to dishes.
Finest organic quality with no additives
The quality of our culinary delicacies is very important to us and our motto has always been quality over quantity. This means that much of the production of our oils and vinegars is still done by hand. Starting with the selection of the organic raw materials, the careful production and the coordination of the other fine organic ingredients. We produce our oils and vinegars in small batches. No synthetic additives are added to these precious products. This preserves the typical taste and high quality of the products.
