Our Herbes de Provence spice oil is a combination of freshly harvested herbs like thyme, tarragon, parsley and majoram with our cold-pressed canola oil from organic cultivation. The spices and herbs bring the aromatic taste of traditional cuisine from the South of France to every kitchen.

The Herbes de Provence spice oil is very versatile. It turns salads, vegetable dishes, fried potatoes and tomato dishes into culinary highlights. It also refines meat, fish and cheese, as well as dips, soups or sauces. Drizzled over baguette, it makes a simple yet delicious starter or snack. The oil emits the fragrant scent of Provence - a natural enjoyment for all Mediterranean dishes.

With valuable canola oil from Germany

If you have visited the German countryside from end of April to May before, you probably have noticed the beautiful yellow canola fields. Not just any canola: For our fine cold-pressed edible oil, we only use organically grown canola seed. That way, we can make sure that it is free from manure, sewage sludge, artificial fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides as well as genetic engineering.

Therefore, we focus on annual contracts with certified organic farms in Germany and fair prices for the farmers - to ensure the high quality of our canola oil in the long term. Our culinary treasure, also known as "olive oil from the North", even exceeds olive oil in its content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. All in all, it is the perfect basis for our Herbes de Provence spice oil.

Leider ist die Basis Rapsöl, was ich beim Kauf übersehen hatte (aus gesundheitlichen Gründen meide ich Rapsöl generell). Auf Rapsöl sollte m.E. generell verzichtet werden.

Dies war das erste Produkt was mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Der Geschmack war einfach nicht nur nach Kräuter, sondern zu extrem und für mich nicht genießbar. Tut mir leid, kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.
