Our Mediterranean spice oil consists of a spice blend of paprika, oregano, pepper, basil, coriander, rosemary, thyme, onions and marjoram in cold-pressed canola oil.

It is one of our most popular spice oils for a reason: It can be used for all Mediterranean dishes like pizza, paella, meat, fish or soups and creates the authentic flavour of Mediterranean herbs in an instant.

With valuable canola oil from Germany

If you have visited the German countryside from end of April to May before, you probably have noticed the beautiful yellow canola fields. Not just any canola: For our fine cold-pressed edible oil, we only use organically grown canola seed. That way, we can make sure that it is free from manure, sewage sludge, artificial fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides as well as genetic engineering.

Therefore, we focus on annual contracts with certified organic farms in Germany and fair prices for the farmers - to ensure the high quality of our canola oil in the long term. Our culinary treasure, also known as "olive oil from the North", even exceeds olive oil in its content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. All in all, it is the perfect basis for our Mediterranean spice oil.

Habe das Produkt als Zugabe erhalten. Auch wenn ich grundsätzlich lieber meine eigenen Gewürze verwende, muss ich zugeben, dass dieses Öl hervorragend schmeckt. Ich habe es mit in den Urlaub genommen und für Salate u. Pasta verwendet.

Wertet jedes mediterrane Gericht auf, sehr lecker! Würde als Basis allerdings Olivenöl bevorzugen, daher einen Stern Abzug.

Salate sind kinderleicht gemacht. Durch das Öl bekommt jeder Salat eine mediterrane Note und wird so viel interessanter.
