Date Vinegar Cream

Traditionally produced organic balsamic vinegar and organic date syrup form the basis of our date vinegar cream. It refines salad dressings, sauces and goes well with cheese. It can also be used to enhance all kinds of desserts. The creamy date vinegar goes particularly well with our freshly milled, cold-pressed roasted argan oil, our spicy mustard oil or our seeded salad oil. The fruity vinegar creams are produced in small batches. The precious vinegars are never mixed with synthetic additives. This ensures that the typical taste and high quality of our products are preserved as much as possible.

Mango Vinegar Cream

Sweet mango vinegar cream is a fruity blend of handcrafted brandy vinegar and organic mango puree. The cream enhances salad dressings and sauces. It can also be used in desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads. Mango Vinegar Cream is a perfect pairing with our freshly milled, cold-pressed walnut oil, our fine olive oil or our extra mild passion fruit seed oil. Of course, the sweet cream also goes well with many other oils - a vinaigrette can be made in endless variations with our fine vinegar creams and freshly milled oils. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Raspberry Vinegar Cream

Our raspberry vinegar cream has a sweet and tart raspberry flavour and, combined with our Walnut Oil, it goes well with speciality salads and as a topping for desserts such as vanilla ice cream and panna cotta. One bottle contains the juice of approximately 375g of freshly picked raspberries. Raspberry vinegar cream pairs perfectly with our freshly milled, cold-pressed hazelnut oil, spicy mustard oil or our fine olive oils.
