Our heatable wok oil is a blend of cold-pressed peanut, coconut and high-oleic sunflower seed oil fresh from the mill. It is ideally suited for frying meat, fish or vegetables and wok cooking.
Our cold-pressed organic peanut oil is a vegetable oil with a mild, smooth sweet peanut taste. It has a light yellow colour and emits a pleasant scent of roasted peanuts when used for frying. At temperatures below 10 °C, peanut oil becomes opaque. Therefore, the oil should be stored outside the fridge. The nuts for our virgin peanut oil are not roasted before the pressing. This leads to a milder taste compared to oil from roasted peanuts. Peanut oil withstands high temperatures and is ideal for cooking and frying.
Thanks to its combination of saturated fatty acids, organic coconut oil is perfect for high temperature cooking as well. Over the last couple of years, coconut oil has established as cooking essential, especially for authentic cuisine of the countries where coconuts come from. The exotic oil is robust due to its high content of lauric acid. Saturated fatty acids make it durable and heat-resistant as they prevent the formation of trans-fatty acids when used for frying, baking or deep-frying.
Our cooking and frying oil is cold-pressed from shelled, high-oleic sunflower seeds from organic cultivation. The high content of oleic acid (around 80 g per 100 g) makes it especially heat-stable. It is ideal for steaming, frying, baking and deep-frying. Our cooking and frying oil is vegan, lactose- and gluten-free. It should be kept tightly closed and at room temperature. We attach a handy dispenser to all bottles for easy dosage and to reduce the product's contact with oxygen.
