Vital oils enrich smoothies and salads.Our Vitale Renner set contains five oils in a 20 ml bottle: milk thistle oil, hemp oil, MCT coconut oil, camelina oil and black cumin oil. The organic oil specialties support a wholesome diet. In addition, their ingredients help to influence well-being.
Organic milk thistle oil
Our milk thistle oil is cold-pressed fresh from the mill from the seeds of the milk thistle. It is rich in vitamin E and is valued in folk medicine as a "liver plant". The mild taste of this specialty oil makes it ideal for salad dressings. The oil is also suitable for skin care.
Organic hemp oil
Organically grown hemp seeds form the basis for our organic hemp oil. The oil is greenish in color and has a mild, nutty taste. It is also known as the "queen of edible oils". The product has an ideal balance between the omega-6 fatty acid and omega-3 fatty acid of 3:1.
Organic MCT coconut oil
Unlike other MCT oils , our coconut oil -based MCT oil is completely free from animal products, i.e. vegan, and is also gluten-free. It is liquid, odorless and tasteless. The abbreviation MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides. MCT oils consist exclusively of these medium-chain fatty acids. This coconut oil is a combination of capric acid and caprylic acid.
Organic camelina oil
Because of its name, camelina oil is often confused with linseed oil. However, the two specialties differ in several respects. Camelina oil tastes pea-like and vegetable, whereas linseed oil tastes mild and nutty. In addition, camelina belongs to the cruciferous family, while linseed belongs to the flax family. Due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, camelina oil should only be used for cold cooking or for steaming in hot dishes.
Organic black cumin seed oil
Our Egyptian black cumin oil tastes intensely aromatic and has a golden yellow color. As a vital oil, black cumin seed oil is enjoyed pure. It also adds the typical spice to oriental dishes. It can be heated up to a maximum of 90 °C. The black cumin plant is not related to caraway. It belongs to the buttercup family. The oil is dominated by the essential, doubly unsaturated linoleic acid. We also offer this treasure from Egypt in unfiltered form and as a capsule.
